Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the FuseGrid app ("FuseGrid", "the app"). FuseGrid is made by Quang Trung Nguyen, an individual developer based in Australia ("I", "me"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Your license to use the app

I give you a personal, non-transferable right to download and use FuseGrid on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. The app, its design, artwork, sounds and code remain mine. Please don't copy, sell, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law.

2. Apple's standard license agreement

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA) applies to FuseGrid. These terms add to it in plain language. If the two ever conflict, the standard EULA wins. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; I am.

3. Ads

FuseGrid is free to download and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Some features, such as Keep Going, let you choose to watch a video ad. Ads are provided by third parties, and I don't control or endorse the products they show. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

If the app offers purchases, they are processed by Apple through your Apple Account, under Apple's terms.

5. Game Center

Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center, which is provided by Apple under its own terms. Please play fairly; I may remove scores from the FuseGrid leaderboards that are clearly not the result of normal play.

6. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and the choices you have.

7. No warranty

FuseGrid is provided "as is" and "as available". I work to keep it running well, but I can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that your progress will never be lost. Your progress is stored on your device, so it can be lost if the app is deleted or the device is reset without a backup. I may change, update, or stop offering features, or the app itself, at any time.

8. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.

10. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I will update this page and the effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
